On Sunday mornings, elementary children meet together for worship and small groups. Our time together includes a dynamic teaching time, interactive games, and engaging activities that make the Bible lessons come to life. They participate in singing worship, may take communion and give an offering as well. Our curriculum sets a foundation for kids to fully grasp that they are known by God, loved by Jesus, and led by the Holy Spirit.
In addition to worship services, we have a children's discipleship course named Ready, Set, Grow that runs for 12 weeks each fall and spring following our Sunday morning service. We also have an Awana program on Wednesday nights.

'Wonder at Home' is an online portal available to FVCC parents with activities they can do with their children at home that correspond with our Sunday morning children's Bible lessons. Click the button below to register for a free account.

Secure Children’s Wing
Your child’s classroom is located in our secure children’s wing. Only children’s volunteers and parents are allowed in this area. This hall is monitored the entire time by a designated volunteer throughout our worship services.

Check-in System
This system allows us to ensure only those with proper authorization can pick up your child. Upon check-in, you will receive a nametag for your children that contains a unique code and a pick-up tag with a matching code. Children are only released to people that have the pick-up tag containing the correct code.
Parental Notification
If your child needs you, their number will appear on the screen in the worship center.
Background Checks
We conduct state and federal background checks on all adult teachers, assistants, and caregivers. Background checks are conducted prior to volunteering and updated on a regular basis.
Allergy-free environment
We are mindful of allergies of children such as peanuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Children’s nametags alert us of any allergies or special needs they may have. Our classrooms are nut free.
